About the Role

This key position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, optimizing billing workflows, and leveraging advanced financial reporting tools.

  • Billing Workflow Optimization
    • Support and enhance Epic billing processes, ensuring seamless claims, payment, and accounts receivable management.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience as an Epic billing end user, along with expertise in Epic billing workflows and financial reporting tools. Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting
    • Generate and analyze reports using SlicerDicer and RWB, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Epic Billing Experience
    • Hands-on experience as an Epic biller/end user.
  • Financial Reporting Tools
    • Expertise in Epic billing workflows and financial reporting tools.
