Our facility is seeking a Manufacturing Production Specialist for a Monday to Friday schedule, with first shift hours from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute specific metal fabrication tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Interpret process documentation and work instructions to complete assigned duties.
  • Set up and operate die forming and roll forming machinery.
  • Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and fellow operators to address production challenges.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques such as die forming, roll forming, and welding is highly desirable.
  • Experience in press operation and setup is a plus.
  • Proficient in using basic measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
  • Able to read and understand job instructions and blueprints.
  • Experience in a smaller production setting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of closely related seal products is a benefit.

Saint-Gobain is committed to providing a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support the well-being of our employees and their families.

We value pay transparency and provide a local pay range for this position, which is between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. This hourly rate may vary based on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for periodic bonus payments, with a targeted bonus amount of up to 10% of the hourly rate based on both company and individual performance metrics.

The total annual target cash range for this position, including hourly pay and bonuses, is approximately $41,100.00 to $50,000. Bonus payments are variable and contingent upon performance.
