Project Specialist

This is a full-time position at UL, reporting directly to our management team. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
The job location is in Tampa, Florida, with the requirement of working 3 days a week at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate fire detection and alarm devices and communicate project status, issues, and results.
- Address and resolve client concerns, promoting UL services.
- Define project scope, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct and witness tests, coordinate administrative tasks, and prepare reports.
- Serve as Project Handler or Reviewer when assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years working with commercial or residential fire detection devices or alarm systems; product certification experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
