Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a full school year assignment. We welcome professionals with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) to enhance the communication skills and academic success of our students.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and apply new techniques and strategies to therapy.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid TX State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred) or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
