Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team at VNACJ Community Health Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide end-of-life care to patients and their families in a home or inpatient setting.

About the Role
  • Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients
  • Utilize principles of the nursing process to assist in data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care
  • Demonstrate nursing knowledge and skills in the implementation of prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited RN education program with a diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year hospital experience; At least 1 year of Hospice, Home care, and/or Community Health experience is needed
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, continuing education programs, online learning system, employee referral programs, recognition programs, 403B and 401a retirement plans, and leadership fostering a culture of support.
