Your Responsibilities
Execute programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of HVAC control systems, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage control components.
Respond to service and warranty inquiries utilizing Johnson Controls configuration tools and a variety of hand tools, including electrical testing meters and other electronic diagnostic equipment.
Deliver exceptional technical support and repair assistance through effective communication with our clients.Offer system repair recommendations and assist in presenting these solutions to our customers.

Deliver the highest level of service to our clients, addressing building inefficiencies and resolving service-related issues. As a trusted advisor, you will provide solutions and outcomes during service engagements.How You Will Achieve This
Load Johnson Controls field and network-level controller software.
Conduct commissioning and system diagnostics for all types of system controllers and end devices (e.g., sensors, actuators) while completing all necessary commissioning documentation.
Keep management and relevant stakeholders informed of job progress and challenges.
Calibrate systems using basic electronic testing equipment.
Complete administrative tasks, including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
Document changes and provide information for as-built records.
Engage in company-sponsored and self-initiated training to maintain the highest level of knowledge and skills.
Interact with customers to thoroughly understand their systems and requirements.
Communicate with clients upon arrival and before departing the work site.
Adhere to all safety standards and participate in required safety training, prioritizing employee and subcontractor safety.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure efficient facility operations, including upselling opportunities.
Prepare quotes to support your recommendations and solutions.
What We Seek
Required:
Completion of a Vocational School four-year program or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or a related field, along with three years of industry experience or 2+ years of experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems within the HVAC sector.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequences, and applications.Demonstrated technical proficiency in mechanical and electro-mechanical disciplines.
Ability to utilize hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
Solid proficiency in personal computer usage.
Attention to detail and strong communication and listening skills.
Preferred:
Certification in Computer or IT fields.
Experience in Commercial HVAC systems.
