Join Nightwing as a Software Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity capabilities. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge security systems that protect vital information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop security solutions for both manual and automated environments, encompassing on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and architect state-of-the-art secure applications, operating systems, and networks.
- Safeguard organizational data against unauthorized access, loss, and modifications, utilizing a variety of security tools and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Java and related technologies.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing security technologies, including Web Application Firewalls and Database Activity Monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud security practices and tools, including AWS services.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud DevOps.
- Experience with network security identity management tools.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or CISSP.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
