Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable attendance with the ability to adapt
- Capability to understand and apply relevant rules, policies, and procedures
- Proficient in drafting written communications with correct grammar and spelling
- Familiarity with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
