Key Responsibilities:

The primary duty of the Youth Mental Health Counselor is to fulfill our mission by providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality care to adolescent clients. You will oversee daily clinical operations in accordance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care. Our clinical staff have a unique opportunity for professional development and can significantly impact the lives of our diverse patient population.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher in a mental health or social science discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unencumbered license to practice as a Counselor in Washington.
  • LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LIACSW, LMFT or LMFTA required. License-eligible candidates are encouraged to explore opportunities while pursuing licensure.
  • Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification from a nationally recognized organization.
  • Proficiency in computer and EMR systems.
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals and a strong desire to enhance the lives of those in our care.
  • New graduates are welcome; however, two years of counseling experience, including one year with adolescents, is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and professional reference checks.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, and using hands for various activities.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

  • $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
