About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team at Phil Klein Insurance Group, an Alera Group Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for protecting the assets, goals, and dreams of our clients every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients in the home buying process to help them procure homeowners insurance and identify opportunities for cross-selling automobile insurance and other products.
  • Consult with clients to understand their current and future needs and provide guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure that every client receives the best possible experience.
  • Advise and educate clients on their risks and provide recommendations on how to protect against the unexpected.
  • Assist clients through the purchase process from start to finish and help service their book of business as it grows.
Requirements
  • Insurance experience is necessary.
  • Experience at an independent agency is strongly preferred over captive carrier experience.
  • Ability to work various schedules and be accessible to clients outside of normal business hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging goals.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit.
  • Desire to take your career to the next level.
