Specialists in Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems play a vital role in maintaining and repairing the electrical wiring and components of aircraft, which is essential for peak operational performance. Their expertise is fundamental to safeguarding both the aircraft and personnel during various missions.

  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance of electrical and environmental systems

  • Perform cryogenic maintenance on mobile aircraft servicing units
  • Adhere to technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma, GED with 15 college credits, or equivalent
  • ASVAB REQUIREMENTS: Mechanical; Electronics
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical principles related to E&E systems. Experience in the upkeep of electrical, electronic, and environmental systems. Normal color vision is required. Completion of Basic Military Training is mandatory. Candidates must be between the ages of 17 and 39.
