Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections of buildings.
  • Perform daily routine emergency maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
  • Install electrical equipment such as radios, electric motors, and switches.
  • Maintain and repair buildings, passenger boarding bridges, and baggage conveyor belts.
  • Perform related work as required.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Two years' experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, and cooling maintenance, electrical, and/or building maintenance.
  • Possess a valid Ohio driver's license, in good standing.
  • Knowledge of general building maintenance.
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
