Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join the team at Mammoth Child Care, a state-licensed early education center for children ages 0-5 years old. As an Infant Teacher, you will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where infants and toddlers can explore and learn through play. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement safe and developmentally appropriate programs that align with federal and state regulations, as well as facility-specific policies. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and the ability to create engaging and interactive experiences for young children. * Provide a warm and loving atmosphere for infants and toddlers to discover the world through play
* Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs that align with federal and state regulations and facility-specific policies
* Create engaging and interactive experiences for young children
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

**Requirements:**

* 12 early childhood education units, including core units, or equivalent experience
* California Associate Teacher Child Development Permit or eligibility for permit
* 3 Infant/Toddler Child Development units
* Ability to lift/move up to 40lbs, lift children, change diapers, stand/kneel/sit at a child's height for long periods of time, climb/move around playground equipment, and intervene to help keep children safe

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
* California Master Teacher Child Development Permit or California Teacher Child Development Permit
* 2 years of teaching experience with children ranging from the ages of 6 weeks to 24 months

**Hourly Pay Rate:** $23.00 to $29.00
