Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Home Health Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for generating patient referrals and promoting our home health care services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the growth of our agency patient census by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate admissions and oversee all marketing initiatives for our facility.
  • Meet with hospital case managers, discharge planners, local assisted living and adult homes to build relationships and generate referrals.
  • Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area.
  • Responsible for referral flow to the facility by building relationships with hospitals, long term care facilities and other community resources.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources.
  • Report referral activities and outcomes and maintain source reference list for future referrals.
  • Work on leads provided by our strategic vendor partners to schedule initial meetings and onsite assessments for prospective patients with our intake team.
  • Organize, communicate and fill attendance for upcoming home care education and health care events for prospective patients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in a sales or marketing role in a professional setting (home care and/or healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously while possessing strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e. clinical outcomes, data points).
  • Knowledge of healthcare facilities, admissions procedures and insurances a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, travel required for this position.
  • Knowledge of home care/Medicare eligibility.

Job Type: Part-time
