Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. As a Trial Lawyer for Insurance Cases, you will be responsible for defending State Farm clients in civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Defend State Farm clients in civil litigation matters
  • Represent clients in jury trials and hearings
  • Handle discovery, depositions, and other litigation tasks
  • Work closely with our team to ensure excellent client service

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Florida
  • 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
