Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care and progress accurately and timely.

• Competitive hourly rates: $37.00 - $49.00 per hour, plus shift differential.
• PRN rates: $41.00 per hour, plus shift differential.
• Various schedules available, including PRN.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• CPR certification required.
