Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and providing physical and psychosocial support.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

• A competitive hourly rate of $37-$49, with a $2 evening differential

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
• CPR certification
