Key Responsibilities
  • Demo and Renovations: Safely dismantle and renovate existing structures to prepare for new construction.
  • Drywall Installation and Repair: Install and repair drywall to ensure smooth and even surfaces.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in construction and remodeling, with a focus on multifamily housing.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, and pull heavy loads, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and stand for long periods.
  • Tools and Equipment: Proficiency in using standard construction tools and equipment, including ladders.
