Job Summary:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces, are kept in pristine condition. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall environment and satisfaction of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of various spaces including offices, conference rooms, and restrooms.
  • Engage in dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal activities.
  • Maintain and polish surfaces, including stainless steel and glass, to uphold a professional appearance.
  • Conduct floor maintenance tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet shampooing.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have at least one year of experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain access to federal facilities.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must maintain a level of physical fitness to perform essential functions, which may include:

  • Bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
  • Using various cleaning equipment and tools.

Work Environment:

This position involves working in various indoor and outdoor settings within the organization’s facilities.

Additional Information:

As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug screening. Preference will be given to BSNC shareholders and their descendants who meet the qualifications.
