Job Summary

The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Marine Corps Exchange. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products to attract customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
