Software Automation Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Software Automation Specialist to join our team in Ashburn, VA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing software solutions for building management systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop software to monitor and control electrical and mechanical devices
- Analyze and resolve programming problems
- Contribute to the development of BMS systems
- Provide technical guidance and support
**Requirements:**
* 3-6 years of professional experience with software development
* Familiarity with C++ or another object-oriented programming language
* Experience with Modbus and BACnet protocols
* Strong communication and customer service skills
