Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track program service benchmarks and quality assurance performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve program outcomes and quality assurance.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and program metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public health, social service administration, or related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
