Building Management Group is Expanding and Seeking a Full-time Paralegal in a Landlord Tenant Role. • Maintain rent rolls and determine non-payment
• Coordinate insurance claim investigations
• Draft petitions and affidavits
• Answer small claims complaints
• Maintain court calendar
• Work with a dynamic team to achieve company goals

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in Landlord Tenant law
• Strong knowledge of MS Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish speaking a plus
