About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Building Management Group. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our Landlord Tenant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate rent rolls to identify non-paying tenants
  • Coordinate with the court calendar to ensure timely responses to small claims complaints
  • Draft and prepare petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents
  • Assist with insurance claim investigations and provide support to the team
  • Proficient in MS Suites, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Requirements
  • Experience in Landlord Tenant law and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Spanish language skills a plus
