Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this full-time, year-round, exempt position is between $80,000 and $95,000 annually. This role includes a competitive compensation package provided by Auberge Resorts Collection, along with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

Key Responsibilities

This position is essential in fostering a culture of accountability and managing business risks. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee all facets of daily hotel accounting operations, ensuring effective communication with team members regarding operational issues and procedural opportunities.

  • Coordinate and collaborate on-site accounting functions with the Director of Finance (DOF). Serve as the point of contact for all internal and corporate accounting inquiries in the absence of the DOF.
  • Assist the DOF in completing all general ledger, bank, treasury, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of balance sheet analysis and reconciliation, month-end journal entries, and profit and loss reconciliations.
  • Conduct daily reporting and review of labor metrics, collaborating with managers to analyze financial performance.
  • Process monthly shared labor and intercompany invoices.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly forecasts for accurate financial reporting and coordinate reviews with department heads.
  • Utilize available resources, in partnership with the DOF, to enhance accounts receivable turnover and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in daily tasks using Workday, Ramp, and IBuy financial systems.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong mathematical and accounting skills, along with relevant audit experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets; familiarity with Excel is advantageous.
