Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer experience specialists, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Event Planning: Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events, promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
  • Shrink and Safety: Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring the security of our products and the safety of our customers and employees.
  • Training and Development: Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results, participate in the performance management process, and support Talent Development.
  • Manager on Duty: Serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing support to customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Experience: Retail management experience preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
  • Work Environment: Public retail store setting, with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
