Job Title: Childrens Coach

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Childrens Coach to join our team. As a Childrens Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, coaching children, and mentoring parents to help them understand the benefits of our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes for children aged 12 months to 11 years old, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.
  • Coach children on various exercises and activities, ensuring their safety and proper technique.
  • Mentor parents on the KidStrong curriculum, helping them understand the benefits and how to support their child's development.
  • Ensure classes start and end on schedule, following the provided curriculum and pace.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management, using our company messaging system.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work in a physically intensive environment, lifting and moving equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience coaching children or in a related field is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
