We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our team at KidStrong Sun Prairie as a KidStrong Coach. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through our science-based curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-energy and engaging training sessions to kids aged 15 months to 11 years old
- Communicate effectively with parents to educate them on our curriculum and its benefits
- Assist in creating a fun and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new programs and initiatives
- Experience coaching students within the age range of 15 months to 11 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends
