Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving EP products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries on EP products
  • Develop, lead and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals
  • Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation of products
  • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
  • Provide additional back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required
  • Requires ability to become certified on EP products
  • A minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of heart disease treatment through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation. As a Clinical Specialist, you will work under general direction, providing engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving EP products.

You will have the opportunity to develop, lead and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals, provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation of products, and provide regional EP procedural case coverage.

You will also provide additional back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting, and new product in-service training.

This role requires a high degree of independence, with the ability to identify and use the most effective, cost efficient and best business practices to execute processes, continually evaluate their effectiveness and appropriateness, and exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing and performing work.

You will have the opportunity to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals, and be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

This role also requires comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
