Job Summary

The Licensed Clinical Therapist will work under the supervision of our Clinic Director and will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams
  • Providing crisis intervention and support services
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients
  • Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing crisis intervention and support services as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C, LCSW, or LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LGPC, LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing clinical services to individuals, families, and groups
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Be proficient in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Have a strong understanding of mental health theories, assessment, and treatment modalities
  • Be able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
