Job Summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient services to individuals and families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and family therapy based on clinical need.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of concerns, including behavioral issues, relational conflicts, and mood disorders.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and supports to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention and planning strategies to support clients in times of need.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensure in the State of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Valid driver's license and proper insurance to provide contracted services.
  • Ability to complete and pass clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
