Job Title: ABA Case Supervisor

At the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Case Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing behavior treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement behavior treatment programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and school sites to develop and implement behavior treatment plans for students with disabilities
  • Provide ongoing training to staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct face-to-face supervision during direct treatment sessions
  • Conduct team meetings to update client treatment plans and support behavior interventionists and caregivers
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to track progress and create individualized treatment programs
  • Document ongoing treatment after each session and regularly summarize/analyze data
  • Write initial assessment and progress reports according to funding source requirements
  • Interface with professionals from funding agencies and attend IEP, IFSP, and other relevant meetings
  • Provide training to caregivers and other stakeholders
  • Participate in individual and/or group supervision
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, child development, social work, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a behavior interventionist implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with ASD, as well as training caregivers or teachers and behavior interventionist staff in how to implement these interventions
  • Experience working with children with autism in the home and school settings for at least 3 years
  • Experience overseeing/managing clinical cases for children with autism for at least 1 year
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
