Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and secure environment for tenants and visitors at E V Bishoff Company. This position requires a high level of customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the lobby and surrounding areas are clean, well-maintained, and free from hazards.
- Operate the elevator safely and efficiently, assisting tenants and visitors as needed.
- Manage packages and deliveries, ensuring they are received and distributed promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, co-workers, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Monitor and report any security concerns or incidents to the building manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the building.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
