Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for coordinating all clinical aspects of our clients' ABA therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning, and supervision of behavior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial and recurring assessments to evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Review session notes and provide feedback to therapists, promoting continuous improvement and quality care.
- Collaborate with other BCBA's, behavior technicians, and leadership to ensure effective service delivery and client outcomes.
- BCBA certification and proficiency in various assessment methods.
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills, with excellent management skills.
