Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs and services to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to pharmacists and support staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote our pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification program.
  • 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Pharmacist license in all states of a market.
  • Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program.
  • Have and maintain a State Immunization License while employed in this position if required by the state.
  • Have and maintain a CPR/AED Certification while employed in this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education - Facilitation, Pharmacy, Presenting information to groups, Training and Facilitation.
