- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a nurse management position, preferably in a skilled nursing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
