Job Title: Project Manager - Frozen Potato Products

Lamb Weston is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead projects supporting the production of frozen potato products. This role will be responsible for managing and directing projects of varying size and scope, including investigating or developing processes, developing project concepts and budgets, troubleshooting or investigating technical issues, and implementing capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget estimates, and cost justifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement capital plans, including engagement of related Plant and Corporate functions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to engineering staff to build a positive team culture that leverages resources across the business and supports operations teams.
  • Operate with an empowerment and support management style, driving results and minimizing project impacts on product quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Procurement, Operations Management, EHSS, Food Protection, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Plant Staff, and Production Personnel.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and minimize project impacts on product quality.
  • Ability to travel and participate in projects at various locations in North America as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues.
