As a key member of our behavioral health services, you will provide direct nursing care to clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to clients, adhering to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards.
- Direct non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to clients and their families.
- Current licensure in California as an LVN, LPT, or RN.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles is preferred.
