We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Domino's Corporate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees in times of need.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Field incoming requests for assistance from Domino's team members, collecting details of circumstances related to their situation, and conducting necessary due diligence to investigate any questionable aspects of the case.
- Administrative Support: Prepare check requests, create reports, track disbursements, and adhere to budgets, as well as assist with incoming department mail and coordinate department fundraising activities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Discuss cases with colleagues, make timely recommendations for allocations in alignment with guidelines, and participate in and lead projects as assigned by the Case Management Director.
- Education and Experience: Four-year collegiate degree or five years of work experience equivalent in social work, communications, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Benefits Package: Attractive benefits package including vacation and sick time.
- Hybrid Work Model: Position is a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
