• Act as the primary decision-maker for operational matters, empowering team members to make informed choices in the field.
• Address customer escalations to guarantee positive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance schedule for trucks and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies to attract repeat business and new clientele.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually.
