Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with students in the Calais school district. The ideal candidate will work with students to enhance their ability to perform school-related tasks and achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Monitor and document student progress to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement student plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Maine OT license
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
