Key Objectives
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization, its products, clientele, objectives, and strategic direction; assess systems and processes; and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Innovate and design solutions in alignment with project specifications and organizational standards, utilizing simulations and modeling to support growth and modifications.
- Establish and execute processes that enhance production quality by effectively managing service providers, inspectors, and other technical resources.
- Ensure adherence to Avengers Inc.'s quality benchmarks by staying informed about relevant technologies and best practices, while complying with national and local regulations.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, guide technical initiatives, and act as a liaison with clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution and timely delivery of projects by assessing scope and defining specifications, establishing testing methodologies for product evaluations, analyzing test programs for adequacy and sequence, reviewing samples for compliance, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Develop detailed plans that include calculations, drawings, diagrams, project specifications, and budget estimates, and interpret structural drawings and civil grading plans.
- Ensure system functionality through thorough testing, identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements, and generate maintenance and support activities for all existing solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement suitable methods to maintain cutting-edge production while achieving financial objectives and realizing cost savings.
- Utilize software tools for drafting technical specifications, user documentation, presentations, and tracking results.
- Enhance professional skills through ongoing training, education, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in engineering.
- Proficient in electronic testing and database design.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes.
- Strong emphasis on quality control.
- Demonstrated innovative approach to the development of electronic systems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Experience in software development and platform implementation.
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot production processes.
- Strong project and team management capabilities.
