Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Buyer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategically sourcing goods and services from suppliers, ensuring optimal value while considering quality, quantity, delivery timelines, and market dynamics.
- Utilizing our data management and planning systems to effectively oversee supplier relationships and inventory levels.
- Collaborating with inventory control management to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize obsolete inventory.
- Evaluating market trends in relation to demand forecasts to determine the most effective procurement methods.
- Leveraging negotiation skills to influence significant purchasing decisions and assess the financial implications of procurement activities.
- Preparing analytical reports and recommendations for improving material and service acquisitions.
- Working closely with various departments, including engineering and operations, to support manufacturing processes.
- Coordinating the return or replacement of non-compliant materials and collaborating with logistics for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Identifying and selecting suitable suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and establishing Key Performance Indicators for ongoing supplier assessment.
- Addressing issues related to defective goods by collaborating with quality control and inspection teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $68.7K to $103K annually, complemented by both annual and profit-sharing bonuses. Additional benefits include:

Qualifications:
