Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Associate to join our team at Cheshire Medical Center. As a Clinical Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services in our ambulatory clinic.

About the Role:

  • You will assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, procedures, and other clinical tasks.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with Health Information Services (HIS) requirements.
  • You will participate in infection prevention and control activities, including low-level disinfection and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • You will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment, exam rooms, and work areas.

Requirements:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting is preferred.
  • You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
