About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned RN to join our team as an Ambulatory Care Supervisor at Community Healthcare Network. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our ambulatory care department, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses and allied health professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in primary care or public health.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
