Position Summary:

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who excels in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role involves mastering various tasks within the Operations team while contributing innovative ideas to enhance our processes. The primary focus will be on assisting with the laser processing, cleaning, and inspection of components, working closely with team members. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain cutting-edge laser cutting equipment.
  • Perform cleaning and inspection of critical medical device components.
  • Become proficient in all operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the startup and shutdown procedures of all operational equipment.
  • Ensure components meet quality specifications through thorough inspection.
  • Provide training to fellow employees on production techniques or equipment operation as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Embrace a positive and enjoyable workplace culture.
  • Adhere to the instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager, following company policies and safety protocols.
  • Exhibit professionalism and uphold high standards of conduct and performance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or related field.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools or similar equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on diverse responsibilities.
