Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Math Instructor to join our team at Mathnasium of Castle Rock. As a Math Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality math education to students in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Tutoring: Deliver math instruction to students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
  • Digital Literacy: Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
  • Environment and Safety: Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
Requirements
  • Mathematical Competency: Possess exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
