Position Summary:
As a key member of the HDD Program Management Team, you will play a crucial role in defining development phases, product requirements, and features. Your expertise will drive the implementation of manufacturing test processes and enhance product functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electronics, Firmware, Servo/Mechanical, HDI, and Failure Analysis, to:
  • Develop strategies that ensure the achievement of manufacturing test milestones.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues encountered during system integration.
  • Identify the root causes of HDD failures and propose corrective measures.
  • Lead initiatives to improve yield and drive the roadmap for enhancements.
  • Determine and interpret requirements for data collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Familiarity with programming and tool development in TCL, Python, C, and C++.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
