About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to program participants, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Implement goals designed to maximize each individual's level of independence, including budgeting, grooming, nutritional planning, and use of community resources.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as showering, shaving, toileting, and hand washing.
  • Monitor and record progress on daily checklists, behavior contracts, quarterly summaries, and monthly goal forms.

Requirements:

A High School diploma or equivalency diploma is required. Experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.Certification in CPR, First Aid, AMAP, and SCIP is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
