Our Technology Co-op Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience that provides students with the opportunity to work in the technology space at one of the world's leading healthcare companies. The program is designed to provide students with a unique blend of technical and business skills, and to prepare them for a career in technology.

Responsibilities

  • Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge in areas such as data engineering, software engineering, and data science
  • Participate in regular check-ins and feedback sessions with your manager and team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week) for the full term of the co-op
  • Passion for a career in technology

What We Offer

  • Anticipated base pay between $24.00/hour and $32.00/hour
  • Overtime eligibility
  • Eligibility to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay
  • Housing stipend for those who qualify
